All three of my babies shown here, L - R, Ellie Mae, Belle and Karo along with our buck Sawyer Brown were brutally attacked last night and killed.
It was a terrible masacre that has hardened my heart.
The two spring doelings were spared because they were in a seperate field.
All my girls were bred for spring babies, too.
This means no milking in at least a year and a half unless I find a bred doe soon.
Not sure if the attacks were made by coyotes or wild dogs.
Sad.......

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I can't imagine. They were adorable.
I'm so sorry. It's never easy to lose stock but sadly, that is part of farm life.
I hope you are able to track the culprits and put an end to them.

My heart just breaks for you! If you are like me losing one of my farm animals is almost like losing a child because I get so attached. In my prayers..
