I just finished a batch of this sweet heavenly yumminess!
I have never tried it before but I was encouraged to do so by one of my blogger friends and I sure am happy that I did!!
I think this will be a dose of"Sunshine" on my warm butter biscuit!!
I made 7 half pint jars and I am getting another batch ready!!

I'm curious about your jelly. Can you tell me about it? I've never made dandelion jelly and would love to know how it is made!
Sounds interesting. How does it taste? Do you use the leaves or the flowers? Hummm .... I may have to give this one a try.
Hey ladies! I will post the recipe as soon as I get caught up a little around here! Sometime tonight. Brenda, you use the yellow blooms only. I couldn't tell you exactly what it tastes like, but it sure is good!! I have a new love for dandelions!!
Ohhhh I can't wait to try this recipe! A good reason to not let the chickens have my dandy-lions, huh!!!
wow! I've never heard of dandelion jelly. Looks pretty in the jars. I honestly didn't know if it was okay to even eat them or not. lol
Glad to see that you made the jelly! It's about as easy as it can be, isn't it? Of all the homemade jams and preserves I make, there is something very special about dandelion jelly.
